Whisk and Chop was established in June of 2009 by two Sioux Falls couples, Larry and Diane Yeo and David and Lynn Terveen. David and Lynn farm near Emery, South Dakota. Larry and Diane are from the Sioux Falls area where Diane taught school for 24 years and Larry has been a businessman.
 
When discovering  that the 108 S. Minnesota building was available, Larry's idea for a breakfast and lunch cafe was born. As the operational manager, he oversaw the development process of Whisk and Chop.
 
Today, at Whisk and Chop we are pleased to offer you a relaxing family style restaurant where you can experience delicious food prepared fresh daily by our staff of chefs and served with friendly smiles and warm hospitality.
 
Our many breakfast and lunch items, from unique to traditional, are sure to please you. The portions are generous and the prices are affordable...... Let's not forget our organic coffee and smoothie bar which offers many choices to stay or to go.
